The Founder

Brian Dotson has been recognized by his peers as an industry leader with 20+ years in the Real Estate and Construction industry.

Brian began his career in Construction Management at Colorado State University. After which he worked with four well known builders over the years in the Denver Metro area. After building anywhere between 50 to 2,000 homes per year and reaching both Senior and Regional level management positions, Brian decided to start building his own client base and operations for himself.

With a broad network of many highly respected industry leaders along with an extensive base of professional vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, DCM has been able to grow in these challenging economic times.

Another venture that keeps him busy is teaching with Colorado Free University on "How To Be Your Own General Contractor", where students learn the in's and out's of doing it on there own.
